Notice of Availability: Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL, has received a request from the City of Niceville, a local municipal government agency, to convert the existing license to a Lease for a public park and recreation area for a term of 30 years. The 96th Test Wing Facilities Board gave conceptual approval to the prospective Lessee. The Lessee will pay fair market value for the parcel which is to be used for the purposes of operating and maintaining a public park and recreational area for the joint benefit of the Air Force and the public, and no other use. Notice is hereby given in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2667 (h)(1)(a).
