The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba Unaccompanied Housing with KABA ILCO brand locks and associated parts to replace exisiting KABA locks. Justification for the use of Brand Name KABA ILCO lock system is attached.

Shipping of all required parts shall be made to the port at Blount Island (Jacksonville), Florida for barge follow-on shipment to NSGB, Cuba.

The solicitation (N6883623Q0088) is set-aside 100% for small business. SAM registration is mandatory.
