The purpose of this amendment is to update the sources sought information below:

 SOURCES SOUGHTÂ
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 11,999 contiguous Net Usable Square Feet of Clinical Space in Gainesville, Florida supporting the parent facility of North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS). This space shall have a minimum of 96 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years (10 Years Firm Term) will be considered.

Existing buildings ONLY will be considered. if not a New Existing Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2023.Â

Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:Â
NORTH: County Road 222
SOUTH: SW 70th Lane
EAST: SE 43rd Street
WEST: Tower Road also Known as SW 75th St.
Â
A market survey of offered properties may be conducted by VA staff. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit site-specific information concerning their properties to Tereshia Burford by e-mail only no later than 5:00 PM on December 15, 2022, at the following: Â

Date of space availabilityÂ
Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicableÂ
Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed buildingÂ
List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).Â

The Government is considering space if economically advantageous. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space
