SOURCES SOUGHT

The United States Marshals Service (USMS), Office of Procurement (OOP), Operational Support Section (OSS) is conducting market research seeking potential small business sources (to include all socioeconomic designations) that can provide for the attached requirement.

All interested parties shall submit a response demonstrating their capability to provide the requested equipment AND compete the attached Sources Sought Information Form. All information must be submitted to both the Primary and Secondary Points of Contact (POCs) specified below. Quotes are neither being requested nor accepted at this time, and no solicitation has been prepared. Per FAR 15.201(e), any responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The issuance of this sources sought DOES NOT COMMIT the Government to issuing a solicitation.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this sources sought is 334220 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Respondents should indicate their size standard on the attached Sources Sought Information Form. The Government reserves the right to issue any potential solicitation as a 100% set-aside for total small business, any socioeconomic category or as unrestricted based on the results of this sources sought. Reponses to this sources sought will be one of several factors in determining which, if any, set-aside is utilized. To be considered for any future solicitation or award, all respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) database for “All Awards.”

All information provided by respondents is considered voluntary in nature. No information submitted will be shared with anyone other than those with a “need to know” within the USMS. This could include both federal employees and well as private contractors assigned to a particular Division. The Government will in no way reimburse any costs associated with the preparation and/or submission of information in response to this notice.

All interested vendors shall submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the requested equipment. The statement can be in any form the vendor chooses (i.e., pamphlet, diagrams, specification sheet, etc.). The vendor is responsible for submitting enough detailed information for the Government to accurately access their ability to provide the requested equipment. The Government is under no obligation to request clarifying documentation but reserves the right to do so at its discretion.

All responses shall include “OST Deployable Radio Tower Trailer System” in the subject line of the email. Failure to reference the subject line title may result in your response being automatically deleted or moved to the “Trash” folder by automated spam filters.
