The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL is seeking potential sources for pre-fabricated Accesory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and/or premanufactured tiny homes that meet or exceed the specifications in the attached salient charactertics document.

The 325th Force Support Squadron contemplates the purchase of up to 10 each pre-fabricrated ADUs/Tiny Homes to be sited at a recreational area on Tyndall AFB, FL.

The purposed of this Source Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of the latest commercial product offerings that meet the specifications referenced in the attached salient characteristics document and gauge interest and capability of qualified and eligible vendors that can fulfill this requirement.

The Government will not issue a contract solely on the basis of responses received in relation to this sources sought notice, nor will it reimburse any party for any costs associated with preparinig or submitting a response. Any interested parties shall ensure they are actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of submission. To register and creat an account in SAM, go to https://sam.gov.

The 325th Contracting Squadron kindly requests all interested and qualified vendors to respond to this notice with the following information:

1. Business Name, address, and contract information

2. A list of similar contracts (if any)

3. A capability statement or product literature for proposed pre-manufactured ADU/Tiny Home

4. Answers to the following questions:

- Can your facilities meet the Miami-Dade county wind rating? If not, what is the maximum wind tolerance can your facility meet?

- What are the specifications of your facilities?

- What is the construction make up of the facility?

- Do you have the ability to include hurricane shutters on all exterior glass windows?

- Do you have the ability to include impact resistant double pane windows?

- What requirements are there for the installation/placement of facilities?

- Foundation specifications?

- How would utilities be connected to your facility offering?

- How are the facilities secured to the foundation?

- What means do you have to install these facilities? Provide a capability statement of your construction partner.?

- Are you familiar with the State of Florida’s Department of Environmental (FDEP) requirements for stormwater protections, environmental analysis, etc.?

- What is the manufacturing lead time for 1 facility and 10 facilities?

- Provide a rough order of magnitude of cost for 5-10 facilities?
