UPDATE 5/31/2023:

The purpose of this special notice is to provide industry an update on the Government’s notional schedule leading up to release of the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Ready Relevant Learning Fiscal Year 2024 Content Conversion Aviation Ratings (RRL FY24 CC Aviation) procurement.

The Draft RFP for RRL FY24 CC Aviation is close to being ready for posting. The Government is working to post the Draft RFP for industry review and comment on or before 9 June 2023, and a Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held after release of the Draft RFP and before release of the Final RFP. Information on the Pre-Solicitation Conference will be provided with the Draft RFP posting in SAM.gov. Release of the Final RFP is tentatively planned for the end of June 2023. The Government still intends to award this contract by the end of December 2023.

The Government has received questions/feedback from industry and some of the feedback has been incorporated into the Draft RFP documents. The Government may post with the Draft RFP some responses to industry questions/feedback previously received. The Government welcomes and encourages industry feedback once the Draft RFP is posted. There will be opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback once the Draft RFP is posted, including during the Pre-Solicitation Conference. The Government requests all questions be submitted in writing to the primary point of contact (POC), and the Government plans to provide responses publicly via SAM.gov with the Final RFP posting and in potential subsequent RFP Amendments.

The notional schedule leading up to release of the Final RFP is subject to change. This special notice is only for the RRL FY24 CC Aviation competitive procurement and does not represent the status of any other RRL effort.
