Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the Technology Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with CENSIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. for CENSIS PDA BUNDLES FOR VISN 8. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. CENSIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC has proprietary rights for this equipment and no other item(s) can fulfill the Governments requirement.
