This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation (36C24823Q0132) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 Streamlined procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Closing date has been extended from November 16, 2022, 12:00 pm EST to November 17, 2022, 3 pm EST.
The Network Contracting Office 8, West Palm Beach Veteran Affairs Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, has issued a Combined Synopsis for VISN 8 Radiopharmaceuticals.
