The 325 Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources to fulfill a commodities contract requirement to purchase Cockpit Simulators and Supporting Accessories at Tyndall AFB, FL. All the necessary salient characteristics are attached to the sources sought in the Salient Characteristics Document.

The contractor shall offer hardware and software components available to the contractor's commercial customers.

All products provided by the contractor shall be TAA compliant as well as in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Energy Star guidelines, associated standards and/or specifications, and commercial practices.

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of vendors that are capable and interested in fulfilling this requirement. The task order is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The period of performance will be from date of award to date of last delivery.

If unable to fulfill the requirement but would be interested, please contact us with a reason why you cannot provide any or all of the products. If any possible errors are noticed, please identify them to us so we can contact the technical expert for clarification and possible correction.

325 CONS is requesting all interested and qualified businesses respond to this sources sought notice with the following information:

(1) Name, address, phone, fax, e-mail and website if applicable;

(2) List of relevant contracts (not to exceed 3) your firm currently holds or has completed within the last two years. The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contact (contracting officer and QAE/inspector).

(3) Capabilities statement or briefing;

(4) Any/all small business classifications

(5) Cage Code

(6) Unique Entity ID (UID)

(7) Any information pertaining to 2GIT, NASA SEWP, or GSA contracts (if applicable)

(8) Cisco Partner Information (if applicable)

Potential offerors should submit this information to SSgt Logan Turner at logan.turner.1@us.af.mil and TSgt Diana Roberts at diana.roberts.1@us.af.mil, by 09:30 AM CDT on 13 SEP 2023. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. All submissions shall be sent via e-mail. The electronic format may be in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) or compatible with Microsoft Office suite of software. Please limit your response to 20 pages.
