This update provides a unlocked/uncontrolled version of the CSTA brief.

This update provides the following:





1. Attachment 6 (DRAFT Pricing Workbook). HIGHLY RECOMMEND REVIEWING THE PRICE WORKBOOK and associated Instructions, as it includes information relating to the full-time and part-time labor required under for this requirement.





2. Update to the ARNORTH CSTA CBRN Draft, removing the requirement to manage and transition a workforce of 75 FTEs under Past Performance. NOTE: The Government does not intend to specify any number of FTEs, as part of its solicitation instructions.





3. Provides a General info Brief for the ARNORTH CSTA CBRN Program





4. Provides latest Draft PWS and QASP, dated 14 Feb 2024

ARNORTH Cival Support Training Activity (CSTA) Requirement is not in PALT:



The Combined Acquisition Plan (AP) / Service Acquisition Strategy (SAS) was signed by the PEO on 15 Jan 2024. The Government has posted multiple draft documents, including the Draft Solicitation Cost/Price Workbook, a notional CLIN Structurre and the anticipated faactors/subfactors (i.e. Program Management, Past Performance, Cost/Price).
