Space will include approximately 2,000 ABOA SF of Warehouse space.





308 ABOA SF for Showers will be provided as part of the building shell.





Eleven (11) on-site parking spaces designated as reserved for government vehicles.





The premises must be located in an area of low crime; this will be evaluated before a site can be considered. The building must be located in a professional office park or surrounding area. Upon inspections, a building’s location and the neighborhood will be evaluated for suitability, and can be eliminated at the agency’s discretion.







Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.





Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
