Amendment 0001
A. Change the response date on the SF1449 from 14 December 2022 2:30PM CST to 21 December 2022 1:00PM CST. This
will match the date as stated in the Addendum FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors.
B. Update the quantity of Washrack 41 in Appendix A-2 from 1000 Gallons to 6000 Gallons.
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to skim, empty and/or clean oil water separators (OWS), sediment/sand traps, grease traps, scum from final lift station and water from underground fuel storage containments located at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The contractor shall also provide testing, upon request from the government, on oily water substances as identified in paragraph 1.7. Work shall comply with government and commercial standards. OWS, sediment/sand traps and grease traps will be 100% surveilled by the COR to ensure proper servicing. See Appendix A-1 thru A-6 for location, size, and frequency of cleanings. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
