The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Tylex Enterprise, LLC doing business as Web Watch Dogs Surveillance Camera Systems. The requirement is to provide a fully capable live feed surveillance system to the HSM Flight Line. HSM-46 and four other HSM squadrons in Hangar 1122 require such surveillance to observe adherence to flight operations, maintenance related actions, and safety during the day and night. The instant requirement must be fully compatible and configured to interface with the existing surveillance infrastructure installed by Web Watch Dogs Surveillance Camera Systems.

The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) these services fall under is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $25,000,000.

This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing.

Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above.

A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received, by close of business 20 September 2023, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
