Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to support the Homestead Air Force Reserve Base (HARB) Wings Over Homestead (WOH) 2023 1 April 2023 – 2 April 2023 in accordance with this Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices and with commercial standards. All items shall to be in place no later than Thursday 30 March 2023.




  1. 300 Portable Latrines

  2. 25 Handicap Latrines

  3. 8 Cadillac Executive Temperature controlled Trailer bathrooms

  4. 6 Attendants 1-2 April 2023 11am-3pm
