SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

The Department of the Air Force, 325th Contracting Squadron (CONS), is seeking a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) to develop designs for installing a government provided Data Link Subsystem (DLS) in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work.. This DLS will be used for Air Force operations involving live fire munition testing IAW Title 10 USC and will facilitate Advanced Airborne Threat Target Control System (AATTCS)/Gulf Range Drone Control System (GRDCS) relay and telemetry (TM) capture in support of Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP) events at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL.

The tentative solicitation issue date is to be determined. Any future solicitation will be made available on Sam.gov. Interested Parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330, Engineering Services, with the corresponding size standard of $25.5 million.

VENDOR RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

It is requested that vendors respond to this notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement.

Please refer to the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). A final SOW will be issued at the time of solicitation. Prospective offerors are encouraged to provide feedback on the Draft SOW content. The government may not respond to or publish comments, resulting actions, changes, etc; however, the draft SOW may or may not be revised based on feedback provided.

1. 2. Feedback on the Draft Statement of Work (if applicable)

Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management

(SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The website is https://www.sam.gov. Registration

requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. Registration may take up

to three weeks to process.
