This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice (FA481923QA010) issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 for a possible requirement for Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this notice. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.

This sources sought is for manufacture and fabrication of specialized tools such as spanner wrench, lock ring wrench, torque retainer, thread chaser tool etc. The list and reference will be released with the solicitation. 144 items altogether with 6 month turn around for delivery

The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and released of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become U.S. Government property and will not be returned.
