Description

This contract derives from, extends or completes efforts that were made under the previous SBIR Phase II award number FA864920C0299.



"The SimX technology was developed in part with funds from the Federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.

The SBIR program is used by the Federal Government to enable the development of technologies with dual use potential within

the Government as well as the commercial sector. SimX owns the SBIR Data Rights and patent(s) in the technology, no other

company may produce and/or sell the same technology without a license or distribution agreement from SimX. SimX is the

producer and sole supplier of the SimX VR system, and no other distributors are available in the United States. SimX is also the

exclusive developer and distributor of training cases for the SimX VR system. No 'off-brand' alternatives with the SimX VR featureset exist, and no other suppliers are able to provide equivalent and compatible products because of SimX's proprietary software platform."
