Description

This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 8,743 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 7,571 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) office space using the full and open competition practices for a new/replacing lease for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement. A lease was awarded to TR Royal Palm Corp on January 27, 2023.



The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $434,028.09 at a rate of $36,169.01 per month for years 1-10. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $417,403.10 for a fully serviced lease at a rate of $34,783.59 per month for years 11-15. The lease term shall be 15 years long with 10 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease within 90 days of written notice to the lessor after the firm term.
