The City of Atlantic Beach, FL has had an interest in replacing its current Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) system and has reviewed proposals from several software companies by requesting proposals and inviting companies to conduct presentations.
In 2018 the City advertised RFP 18-01, of which three (3) companies responded. Shortly thereafter, the City underwent an organizational change with key personnel. At that time the City determined that it would be in its best interest to postpone this project. In 2023 the subject was revisited, and information was requested from BS&A Software Central Square, and Tyler Technologies, and it has been decided that BS&A Software will best meet the needs of the City.
To date, there has been no agreement, quote, proposal or any other contractual document signed by either party and this notice does not constitute acceptance of the agreement provided by BS&A Software. No agreement will be formed until the City's Commission approves the recommendation to do so.
This notice was published in the Jacksonville Daily Record on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
