Scope of Construction

The construction scope of services will include but not be limited to the following construction

milestones:

• Equipment mobilization and staging

• Environmental erosion protection (silt fence barriers)

• Stadium seating removal, storage, and installation back to original location

• Concrete slab demolition under seating

• Excavation, embankment, and stabilization of stadium seating interior; includes geosynthetic

fabric work and backfill compaction

• Concrete work, fabrication, form construction, and curing of concrete “L-wall”

• Slab construction on stabilized embankment to restore seating

• Procurement of aluminum ADA ramp

• Connection of ADA ramp and retrofit fittings for aluminum platform to existing concrete stadium

• Sidewalk slab demo and construction for ADA ramp

• Type B fencing alterations, removal, and restoration in vicinity of stadium repairs (including

gate)

• Minor pedestrian pipe rail fitting installation and connections

• Minor sod work

• Paint markings

• Shoring and stabilization

Construction activities will include all work incidental to the milestones and paid for in accordance with

the plans and bid documentation in this solicitation. Submit all questions with respect to scope of

service to the city for clarification during pre-bid. Any addendums to the contract documents will be

issued to all bidders answering submitted scope of services inquires.
