BRIEF DESCRIPTION: On August 18, 2022, the Clearwater City Council declared surplus for the purpose of sale through Invitation to Bid #43-22, certain real property located on North Garden Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755, identified as Parcel ID: 09-29-15-25542-004-0360, whereby the successful bid meets the terms set by Council. The property is legally described in Exhibit A.
