The City of Dania Beach, Florida, is accepting sealed Bids for its “HISTORIC RESTORATION OF THE NYBERG-SWANSON HOUSE, ITB 23-025”. This project consists of the historic restoration of the circa 1913 building to its early 20th century appearance. The Nyberg-Swanson House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its level of local significance and, as such, compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation is required.
