Notice is hereby given that the City of Flagler Beach is accepting sealed proposals, under RFP # FB-23-2109, MITIGATION CONSULTING SERVICES - FLAGLER BEACH
Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm (EDT) on September 21, 2023, by the City Clerk, City Hall, 105 South 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, FL 32136.
Documents are available at www.cityofflaglerbeach.com and at www.demandstar.com.
A pre-proposal conference will not be conducted in association with this RFP solicitation.
All qualifications are solicited and shall be made pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, City of Flagler Beach, Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 2, Section 2-256, and all qualifications will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions thereof. The City of Flagler Beach Code of Ordinances is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 105 South 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, Florida.

Any addenda to these documents will be posted on the City website and www.demandstar.com. It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to confirm that all addenda have been received prior to submitting an RFQ response. All questions should be directed in writing to the City Clerk at poverstreet@cityofflaglerbeach.com

No responses shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the RFQ submittal opening without the consent of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida.
