The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), will be accepting sealed statements of qualifications to select a Developer for the development of the Hialeah City Center. The City is requesting a Public-Private Partnership (P3) pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes to develop the Project. Redevelopment of the existing City Hall located at 501 Palm Avenue is not considered to be part of the Project.
