The City of Hialeah (“City”) has issued this Intention for Bid(“IFB” or “Solicitation”) for the purpose of entering into an agreement with a company that is capable of timely and efficiently providing the City of Hialeah's Police, Fire and General employees with uniforms and related services on an as needed, when needed basis as specified herein. Said services shall be provided at the lowest price, as specified herein, from a company that will give prompt, efficient, and quality service while fully complying with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Solicitation. The Proponent must have the capacity to service efficiently and expeditiously each of the facilities indicated herein.

The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), will be accepting sealed statements of qualifications to select a firm or firms to provide professional remote and/or onsite, technical assistance for all aspects of program management of HUD-funded grants such as, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). The CITY anticipates entering into one (1) contract with the firm that submits the proposal judged to be most advantageous to the City.
