The City of Hialeah (“City”) has issued this Invitation to Bid (“ITB” or “Solicitation”) for the purpose of obtaining bids to establish two contracts, a primary and secondary contract, to supply all labor, equipment and materials to maintain designated right-of-ways and/or properties within City limits. , whichever occurs first. The City reserves the right to renew this contract thirty (30) days prior to expiration for four (4) additional one (1) year periods based on the contractor’s acceptable level of performance and approved funding.
