The City of Homestead is seeking professional services from a qualified and experienced Environmental Consulting firm to conduct consulting services for the City’s Brownfields program, including work related to EPA Brownfields grants. The selected firm shall have the capability and experience to execute the tasks described in this Request for Qualifications, and must be prepared to meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
The qualifications and selection of architectural and engineering consultants shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 287.055: the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act”, where applicable.
Interested consulting firms or individuals must be qualified pursuant to Florida law. The selected consultants must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Florida, as required by law.
All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including but not limited to 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
