The City of Homestead Public Works and Engineering Department invites sealed proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms (A/E) meeting the minimum qualifications described in the RFQ. It is the City’s intent to enter into an agreement with the most qualified Architecture and Engineering firm to provide Planning, Design, Engineering and Project Management/Construction Supervision for the City of Homestead Septic to Sewer conversion project. The qualifications and selection of consultants shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 287.055: the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act.” Interested consulting firms or individuals must be qualified pursuant to Florida law.
Funding for this project has been made possible through a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA).
All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
