The City of Homestead Development Services Department invites sealed proposals from firms or individuals experienced in building permitting, plan review and inspection services. The resulting agreement shall be to provide building permitting, plan review and inspection services to assure compliance with all applicable adopted codes, other city ordinances, and applicable county, state and federal laws.
