The City of Homestead invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Economic Development and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) (including but not limited to Not-For-Profit (NFP) CDBG work) services. The City may retain more than one firm to provide these services. The selected “Consultant(s)” will act as a technical resource for City Staff as well as provide program delivery service. The selected “Consulting Team(s)” shall have the capability and experience to integrate basic planning practices (social, environmental and economic disciplines) into studies and activities related to economic development and CDBG program delivery and support, including the ability to proactively engage residents and interested stakeholders in the City as needed.
