MCRA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 2023-02

The Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (MCRA) is seeking sealed proposals from technically qualified and State of Florida licensed electrical contractors. The purpose of this RFP is to secure the purchase and installation of a complete “turn-key” landscape median up-light system to be controlled by timers. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, Second Floor, Margate City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

There will be a pre-proposal meeting held on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 10:30 AM in the Commission Chambers of Margate City Hall, located at 5790 Margate Boulevard, Margate, FL 33063.

RFP packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form. There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference for all prospective proposers, a site visit will be mandatory. If proposers do not attend the site visit immediately following the pre-proposal conference, it will be the responsibility of the interested proposer to arrange a date and time with the Purchasing Division. Site visits must be requested no later than 7 days prior to RFP due date.
