NOTICE TO ALL

GENERAL CONTRACTORS

BID NO. 2024-002

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, at City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, January 25, 2024 for a completed project for BID 2024-002 Calypso Cove Aquatic Center Improvements. The successful proposer shall be a licensed Florida general contractor.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in the Conference Room at Calypso Cove Aquatic Facility. The address is: 6200 Royal Palm Blvd, Margate, FL 33063. Parties interested in a site visit must be present at the Pre-Bid conference to take advantage of the site visit that will immediately follow the Pre-Bid conference.

BID packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form.
