Scope of Work

The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General, Residential, or Building Contractors to demolish and remove structures located at 817 SW 3RD ST, 2036 NW 3RD ST, and 2259 SW FT KING ST.

2.        Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to complete this project.


Pricing and Award

1.        Bids will be received on a lump sum basis and shall include all costs necessary to complete this project (travel costs, permitting fees, disposal, etc.).

2.        Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting all requirements outlined herein. Permit allowance is $104.
