The City of Ocala intends to award a sole source procurement to Laundrylux for the provision of Electrolux Professional products. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same products, the City may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.


Description
Per correspondence from Electrolux Professional dated June 06, 2023, “Laundrylux has been our distribution partner in North America for professional laundry equipment for over 65 years. The contracted agreement that we have with Laundrylux is that they have the exclusive rights to our Electrolux Professional and Wascomat brands for laundry care”.
