1.        The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General Contractors to perform the following work at a residential home located at 1402 NW 23rd Avenue.:
•        demolish and remove seven (7) accessory structures, water well, electrical and plumbing connections to the accessory structures, fence, remove junk, and cut and clean lot.

Scope of Work

1.        The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General Contractors to perform the following work at a residential home located at 1402 NW 23rd Avenue.:

•        demolish and remove seven (7) accessory structures, water well, electrical and plumbing connections to the accessory structures, fence, remove junk, and cut and clean lot.

•        Remove unpermitted addition from the rear of the main structure.

•        Repair the main structure, where the unpermitted addition was removed, to its original state.


***MAIN STRUCTURE and BLACK SHED ON CONCRETE SLAB ARE TO BE LEFT INTACT***


2.        Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to complete this project.

3.        Photographs of the structure are attached as Exhibit B – Photos of Structures.


4. MANDATORY PRE-BID AND SITE VISIT : Scheduled for Friday, May 19, 2023 at 9:00 AM at 1402 NW 23rd Ave., Ocala, FL 34475.

Pricing and Award

1.        Bids will be received on a lump sum basis and shall include all costs necessary to complete this project (travel costs, permitting fees, disposal, etc.).

2.        Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting all requirements outlined herein. Permit allowance is $104.
