General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

PC SRF - 2024 Sewer & Storm Rehab Push Button Contract

Panhandle Engineering, Inc. Project No. 13104

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until April 10th• 2024. at 3:00 pm CT. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, in Room 10 by the Selection Committee, who will evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and will make a recommendation of award.


The Project includes the following Work:

This project consists of rehabilitation of existing wastewater and stormwater collection infrastructure across the city.

The Project has an expected duration of 1,095 (3 Years) days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing purchasing@panamacity.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, Room 238, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, Phone number 850-872-3070.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed to plan holders and will be available in a pdf format on the Bonfire Portal: https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities and the City of Panama City's website: https://panamacity.gov/bids.aspx.
