General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

PC23-042 Area S SRF Improvements (Project No. 502101059-001)

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the City of Panama City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities until Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall, 501 Harrison Ave, Lower Level, Room 010, Panama City, FL 32401.

The Project includes the following Work: Road, Water and Sewer Rehabilitation

The Project has an expected duration of 365 calendar days.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for the Project will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT at City of Panama City, City Hall, 501 Harrison Ave, Lower Level, Room 010, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
