General Notice
City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
FEMA Drainage Inlets City of Panama City Project No. PC23-056
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 1:00 pm CT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 10.
The Project includes the following Work:
This project consists of the reconstruction of damaged drain inlets within the city limits of Panama City.
The Project has an expected duration of 120 days for substantial completion and 150 days for final completion.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing
