ESBG ALUMINUM FABRICATION BUILDING STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Panama City will accept sealed bid for the ESBG Aluminum Fabrication Building Stormwater Improvements, at the Purchasing Office until 2:00 p.m. CT, on Thursday, January 05, 2023. Specifications may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida, telephone 850-691-4611 or our website www.panamacity.gov.

Submit bids in person at the Purchasing Department or via U.S. Mail or courier service. Bids must be plainly marked, "Bid No. PC23-009 - City of Panama City and Eastern Shipbuilding Group Aluminum Fabrication Building Stormwater Improvements - January 05, 2023". All bids must be received by 2:00 p.m., CT on Thursday, January 05, 2023, at which time they will be taken to Room 010 at City Hall, opened and read aloud. Please review all documents pertaining to this request before submitting requested information.

There is a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting at City Hall Room 010 on Wednesday, November 30th , 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CT with a MANDATORY on-site review immediately following. This is an active shipyard and proper PPE to include hard hat and steel toe boots/shoes is required. Please complete Appendix B, the visit request, prior to the site visit. A copy of your birth certificate or passport and valid driver's license is required.

The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informality in any bid, and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
