(Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
McKenzie Park Restroom Addition

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City of Panama City
Purchasing Division
, until Wednesday, April 10

at 3:30 PM CT. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, Lower Level in Room 010.
The Project includes the following Work:
This project consists of constructing a new restroom building at McKenzie Park in Panama City, FL.
The Project has an expected duration of 180 days for substantial completion and 210 days for final completion.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain
