PARKING GARAGE REHABILITATION
Pensacola International Airport’s parking garage requires rehabilitation. The parking garage is a four-level precast concrete structure. Maintenance is required due to exposure to environmental elements and deterioration due to daily service life conditions. Proposed rehabilitation work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Base Bid General Description

Preparation of double tees, concrete decking, and doors for coatings

Coating application

Replacement of cove, slab, expansion, and wall joints

Procurement and installation of new doors, door frames, and door hardware as noted

Repairs of spalls, cracks, and exposed steel as noted
