The areas to be serviced under this contract shall include the turf and landscaping around the main terminal building, all public and employee parking facilities, the rental car service facility, terminal building roadway system, and along Airport owned 12 ^th Avenue/Tippin Avenue roadway system and all pavement, curbing and sidewalks within the service area. Types of service include:

• mowing, debris removal, sweeping, edging, trimming
• pruning shrubs, trees, palms
• weeding beds, cracks, curbing, pavement, etc.
• disease/insect control
• mulching
• fertilizing shrubs, turf, beds, trees, palm trees
• iron treatment
• rye grass + iron treatment
• aeration
• irrigation system testing/maintenance
