The Cordova Square Pond is located at the northeast corner of 12th Avenue and Marketplace Drive. The work under this contract consists of clearing and grubbing, excavating, grading, and work necessary to expand the pond.

Complete work under this contract shall consist of installation of required erosion control features, placement of sod, seed, rip rap, and cutting and finished grading.

All sod and seed placed shall be properly watered and maintained until permanently rooted/established to the satisfaction of the City.

Care shall be exercised to not cause any further damage to adjacent infrastructure being left in-place during reconstruction. Any such damage shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

All work shall be in accordance with the standards and specifications of the City of Pensacola.

The Bid Alternate results in the contractor removing and replacing the existing chain link fence with City standard fencing.
