Pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 287.055 "Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act" the City of Pompano Beach (City) on behalf of the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) invites professional firms to submit qualifications and experience for consideration to provide architecture design services to the CRA for the McNab House and Botanical Gardens.

The CRA will receive sealed Proposals until 2:00:00 p.m. (local), July 27, 2023 . Proposals must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date/time as previously stated. Any Proposal received after the due date and time specified will not be considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Proposal is received will be resolved against the Proposer.

Proposer must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The CRA is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other than from the eBid System.
