The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: The City of Punta Gorda is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the City of Punta Gorda AC Freeman House.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: Bidder must currently hold the following licenses/certification to bid: The acceptable State of Florida license(s) for this solicitation are State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Registered Building Contractor (RB), and a certificate of competency with the City of Punta Gorda.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline: February 2, 2023, at 3:00 pm ET

NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference: February 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM ET at Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

Site Visit Schedule: Bidder may attend at least one of the scheduled site visits. The City will not conduct visits outside of this schedule: Site Visit will be on February 7, 2023 directly after the Non-Mandatory Presubmittal meeting, and February 14, 2023, at 10:00 AM ET, – Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: February 21, 2023 at 3:00 pm ET

Submittal due date and time: March 1, 2023, at 3:00 pm ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.
