Project Name: Sanibel Causeway Islands Site Design Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for professional consulting services to provide conceptual design, survey, geotechnical, final design, permitting, construction bidding and construction related design services for the site improvements on the Sanibel Causeway Islands A and B that were damaged due to Hurricane Ian. The professional design team, shall provide consulting services associated with the master planning, surveying, geotechnical, engineering, architecture design, landscape design, all permitting, construction bidding, public relations and construction related services for the reestablishing of public restrooms, shade structures, island driveway access, designated public parking, ADA accommodations, signage, beach access, establishing a park maintenance area, public showers, landscaping and the reestablishment of public water, septic systems and electrical services on the Sanibel Causeway Islands A and B.
