Project Name: Intended Single Source Purchase: Paratransit Scheduling Software for Door-to-Door Services Scope of Work: Lee County Transit (Lee Tran) is seeking to execute a single source for Route Match/TripSpark (RM/TS) scheduling software, which is commonly used in the industry to multi-load qualified riders for our "Door-to-Door" service, and that operates within 3/4 mile our fixed-route service area. Lee County Transit utilizes this software to pre-schedule in upwards of 500 daily passenger trips at the peak of our operation (seasonal months). Currently, RM/TS allows for the most efficient multi-loading to occur and has Cloud based hosting, maintenance, and support for our system for a one-year period.
