The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire sealed competitive bids from qualified Contractors. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, and materials necessary to complete the required Fuel Storage Compliance Inspections. Invitation to Bid will be opened at the below address at 02:00 P.M., December 14, 2017.
