The purpose of this Addendum No. 1 is to modify terms and conditions. The modifications are for Items No. 2, Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting, and Item No. 8 Schedule of Events, and to reiterate that Section III Detailed Requirement – Scope of Services Item 2.2 is desired and an example of the type of equipment anticipated.
