The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.
The work (“Project”) includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the rehabilitation of and improvement to the City of Boca Raton Water Treatment Plant Building 11, Chemical Building. The upgrades proposed include treatment equipment upgrades, lime equipment, piping systems, onsite generated sodium hypochlorite, chemical storage tanks, and building hardening. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including; civil, mechanical, electrical, and all other items required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents.
The work is located at the Utility Services Department at 1401 Glades Road.
The estimated budget for this bid is $ 22,939,500.
All interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-bid conference on February 29, 2024, at 10:00 am which will be held as a Go To Meeting. Instructions for attending the Go To Meeting are detailed in Exhibit CMT of the Bid document. Bidders are urged to be prompt and familiarized with the bid documents. The pre-bid is not mandatory.
